Delivery Services FAQ
What does it cost?
Delivery Services cost nothing if you are a qualified resident, agency, or institution of Vigo County.
What types of materials are available?
You may choose from books, large-print books, audiobooks, music, CDs, DVDs, Blu-Rays, magazines, children’s material, and more.
Do I get to choose my materials?
Yes. A qualified staff member will speak with you to determine your preferences. You can be as general or specific as you want — it’s all up to you!
How often do you deliver?
Delivery Services delivers to individuals once a month and to agencies every other month.
What if I don't like what I get?
If you are unhappy with the materials you receive, please call 812.232.1110 or email Delivery Services at questions@vigolibrary.org to discuss what materials would be better suited to your taste. We will do our best to get you the materials that you want.
What if I have a VCPL Card but live outside Vigo County?
The Vigo County Public Library offers digital library materials that you can download to your computer or device if you have a VCPL card, including ebooks and audiobooks.
What if I decide this service isn't for me or need to cancel?
Call Delivery Services at 812.232.1110 to be removed from the delivery route.
