Here is a brief list of possible topics with which Book-A-Librarian can help you, but we are open to other suggestions:

Is there anything I can't get help with?

Library staff are not legal, medical ,or tax professionals. Some questions or topics may lead to referral to other information providers. Library staff are not technology professionals and are not liable for damage to devices.

How long will the appointment be?
Each appointment will last 30 minutes. Additional appointments can be requested with a maximum of two appointments per month.
Do you offer any instruction with computers or other technology topics?

For help with your eReader and/or downloading eBooks or for basic help with your personal devices, you can make a one-on-one appointment using the Book-A-Librarian program. Please call 812.232.1110, stop by the Lobby or Reference Desk, or email questions@vigo.lib.in.us to make an appointment.

For basic technology topics (e.g., email, mouse skills, Internet basics), group technology classes on basic and more advanced classes are also offered. Please ask a librarian for a current schedule of classes.

How do I check in to my appointment?
Check in at the lobby desk at the requested library location.
