Vigo County Public Library is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Executive Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this vital full-time role, you will provide essential administrative support to the Executive Director and the Administrative Team to ensure the smooth operation of the library’s executive office. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, strong interpersonal and communication abilities, and a passion for fostering a positive and efficient work environment. If you have a bachelor’s degree, administrative office experience, are resourceful, and eager to contribute to the library’s mission of generating change and transforming lives, we encourage you to apply!
